This Product Privacy Policy applies to your use of the BlueHorns AI Subscription Service as a customer of BlueHorns AI (and its Affiliates listed on this page). This Product Privacy Policy describes how we collect, receive, use, store, share, transfer, and process your Personal Data. It also describes your choices regarding use, as well as your rights to access and correct your Personal Data. This includes the information we collect during payment processing in fiat, and identity verification, where required by applicable laws.

This Product Privacy Policy also describes how we process Customer Data on behalf of our customers in connection with the BlueHorns AI Subscription Services. This Product Privacy Policy does not apply to any information or data collected by BlueHorns AI as a controller for other purposes, such as information collected on our websites or through other channels for marketing purposes.

BlueHorns AI processes Customer Data under the direction of our Customers and has no direct control or ownership of the Personal Data we process on behalf of our customers. Customers are responsible for complying with any regulations or laws that require providing notice, disclosure, and/or obtaining consent prior to transferring the Personal Data to BlueHorns AI for processing purposes.

How we Share Information we Collect

With Service Providers: We employ other third-party service providers to provide services on our behalf to visitors to our websites, our customers, and Users of the Subscription Service. We may need to share your information with them to provide information, products, or services to you. This includes analytics vendors (such as Google Analytics).

Due to Corporate Events: If we (or our assets) are acquired by another company, that company would receive all information gathered by BlueHorns AI. In this event, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website.

We reserve the right to use or disclose your Personal Data if required by law or if we reasonably believe that use or disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety, or comply with a legal process.

All Product Tiers

Third Parties: These may include blockchain data explorers, crypto payment processors, and analytics providers. We are not responsible for the collection or use of data by such third parties.

Google Integrations: If you choose to integrate G Suite applications, you allow BlueHorns AI access to your Google user data solely for providing and improving the Subscription Service. Our use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Data Practices and Service Data: We automatically collect metrics about how Users interact with the Subscription Service. We use this information to develop and improve our services. We may also collect log files (IP address, browser type, etc.) for security and optimal operation.

Data Subject Requests

We collect and protect your personal data in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If you want to access, correct, or delete data controlled by a BlueHorns AI customer, you should direct your query to that customer (the data controller). You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at legal@bluehorns.xyz.

Data Retention: Customer Data is retained for as long as you have a paid Subscription. Data is deleted or anonymized upon written request or following the expiration of retention periods after contract termination.

Children’s Privacy: We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 18.
